Heute kam der Bruder meiner Freundin vorbei, der einen Informir MAG 250 hat und ich habe seine Einstellungen testweise übernommen. Wenn ich seine Box per Lan Kabel ankoppel, klappt alles, versuche ich es mit meiner Box, bekomme ich die Meldung "your stb is blocked call your provider". Muss ich Netcologne anrufen und die Box freigeben lassen oder passiert das von selbst? Kann mir jemand was dazu sagen? Bin ein Vollhorst bei dem Thema. Dabei seit Feb. 2012 Beiträge 4. Call the provider." i had used other service before and never had this issue. on portal 2 i have necro which is working fine.
